NSSEA Independent Manufacturers Representatives are here to help grow the channel and connect people. They represent several non-competitive product lines to educational dealers and distributors, and serve as a conduit between the manufacturer and the dealer.
Reps use their initiative to direct all their activities toward expanding the customer base and maximizing sales. Reps know their territories, and have established networks of dealers. For any company, but particularly new ones, this can be crucial to establishing a solid place in the market.
The NSSEA Rep Committee plans and promotes the programs that benefit Independent Manufacturers Representative members. The Rep Committee meets at both the School Equipment Show and Ed Expo and holds important seats on the NSSEA Board of Directors, Suppliers Council and Nominating Committee. All NSSEA Independent Rep members are eligible to participate in the Rep Committee.
