NSSEA Member Safety Statements

In an effort to comply with the requirements of the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act of 2008 (CPSIA) NSSEA members and have posted their safety statements here so that retailers can make an informed judgment about whether the products currently on their shelves, and those ordered in the future, are likely to be in violation of the new standards for lead and phthalates that became effective on February 10, 2009.Click on the following links to view CPSIA safety statements and/or COCs from NSSEA Member Suppliers.
