How do I register?
Browse to http://www.nssea.org/yabb/cgi-bin/yabb2/yabb.pl; click on the REGISTER button located on the main menu.

How do I login?
Click on the LOGIN button located on the main menu.

How do I view the topics?
Click on GENERAL BOARD located under the heading GENERAL CATEGORY.

How do I read the posts inside a topic?
Click on GENERAL BOARD; click on the title of the topic under the SUBJECT heading.

How do I post a reply?
Click the LOGIN button; click on GENERAL BOARD; click on the title of the topic under the SUBJECT heading; click the REPLY button on the main menu.

How do I add my personal photo to my profile?
Click the LOGIN button; click PROFILE; click MODIFY; confirm password; click OPTIONS; enter the URL of your photo in the "I have my own pic:" section

How do I change the order of the postings? I want to see the most recent posting at the top.
Login; Click PROFILE; Click MODIFY; confirm password; click OPTIONS; scroll down and click the box next to REVERSE POST ORDER

Can I add the Bulletin Board to my Favorites in IE7?
Yes. In fact, IE7 will allow you to add it as an additional homepage favorite. To set it up open IE7 and click on TOOLS and INTERNET OPTIONS - type in the shortcut for the Bulletin Board

How do I start a new topic?
After you have registered an account, you will have the ability to start new topics. To do so, navigate to GENERAL BOARD category. Once you're inside the GENERAL BOARD category, search for a link or button titled "Start New Topic" and click it. This button is near the top of the list of topics.

Can I Spell Check my posting?
Yes. Download IESpell at http://www.iespell.com . It is a nifty little spell checker for Internet Explorer. It puts a button in your browser and when you type a message for the bulletin board, you can spell check before submitting.

What should I use as my username?
To help us control spam on the bulletin board please use your first and last name for your username. All one-word usernames will be deleted from the Bulletin Board.

What should I do if I see an inappropriate posting?
If you see an inappropriate posting on the bulletin please send an email to Michael Friend at mfriend@nssea.org. Your cooperation will assist us in removing unsuitable postings in a timely fashion.
