Register First, Then Reserve Your Room:
Participants of Ed Expo 2009, please register for the conference before making your hotel reservations. All reservations must be handled through the NSSEA Housing Bureau. Hotels will not honor direct reservations. Reservations can be made through February 16, 2009 by any of the options below. However, please note that for reservations made after January 30, 2009, the NSSEA Housing Bureau cannot guarantee availability of rooms at designated conference hotels at the NSSEA Conference rate.
Once you've registered for Ed Expo, reserve your rooms by:

Changes/Cancellation
Reservations may be changed or cancelled via the NSSEA Housing Bureau until February 16, 2009.
Cancellations made after February 5, 2009 will be charged a $25 cancellation fee. Cancellations made on/after February 16, 2009 will be subject to the hotels’ individual cancellation policy and must be submitted directly to the hotels.
Shuttle Service: NSSEA's complimentary all-day shuttle will run between the Conference hotels and the Dallas Convention Center. Stops will be at the hotel or a location near the hotel. Your Ed Expo badge is the ticket to ride for you and your spouse/guest.
