Ed Expo Housing Notice
The NSSEA Housing Bureau is the only OFFICIAL housing provider for the Ed Expo and therefore the only company that can sell rooms in our official housing blocks. Housing providers other than NSSEA/THE NSSEA HOUSING BUREAU are not able to secure rooms within the NSSEA housing blocks.
Please note that neither NSSEA nor THE NSSEA HOUSING BUREAU will contact you directly about booking hotels for the Ed Expo. While other companies may contact you offering housing, they are not endorsed by or affiliated with the Ed Expo or NSSEA. Be careful when entering into a financial agreement with any unofficial companies, as their legitimacy and policies may be questionable and show management will not be able to provide a resolution to issues related to such reservations.
The best way to ensure that you're booking your rooms within our official housing blocks is to follow the Housing link and make your reservations online or download the housing information and fax the forms to The NSSEA Housing Bureau at 410.659.8398.
If you are contacted by anyone asking if you need a room at the upcoming Ed Expo, or if they represent themselves as the "NSSEA or NSSEA Housing Bureau," please get as much information as you can, such as name of the company, the person calling, and their telephone number. Then, contact NSSEA at nssea@expomanage.net or (800) 395.5550, option 5, and supply that information.
Host Hotels
NSSEA has contracted with following hotels for the upcoming Ed Expo, and all hotels are within walking distance of the Convention Center. No Shuttles will be provided. For best availability and an immediate acknowledgement, make your hotel reservations online at www.EdExpo.com. Faxed/mailed housing requests will take longer to process and choice hotels may not be available.
Sheraton City Center At Ed Expo’s Headquarters hotel you’ll feel right at home in the spacious guest rooms and suites, and a great night’s sleep awaits you between the crisp sheets, plush mattress, and cozy duvet of the Sheraton Sweet Sleeper(SM) Bed. On-site is Shula’s 2, serving up sizzling fare in a relaxed, comfortable setting. The hotel off ers a pool, fi tness center complete with Nautilus equipment, as well as lifecycles, Stairmasters and treadmills. Acknowledgements
**To ensure you receive the email acknowledgement, please add acknowledgement@pkghlrss.com to your address book**.
The NSSEA Housing Bureau will send an acknowledgement of your reservation via email, fax or mail, depending on information provided on your housing form. Please review all information for accuracy. Acknowledgements will be emailed within 24 hours of reservation being processed directly online. Housing forms received via fax & mail will require 10–14 days
for processing & sending of acknowledgement. If you do not receive your acknowledgement in this time frame, please contact the NSSEA Housing Bureau.
Guarantee
All reservations require a credit card valid through 3/2012 at the time of confirming reservations. Requests received without a valid guarantee will be returned and will not be processed. Credit cards may be billed for the guarantee anytime at the discretion of your confirmed hotel.
Modifications/Cancellations
Continue to make, modify or cancel reservations through March 2, 2012, either online or by contacting the NSSEA Housing Bureau. Cancellations made on or after February 7, 2012, will be assessed a $50 cancellation fee. This fee will be charged within seven days of the cancellation.
Reservations must be cancelled within 72 hours of arrival or hotel will charge a first night’s room and tax.
Planning your trip to Baltimore?
Ed Expo 2012 and Dealer Conference will be in Baltimore’s exciting Inner Harbor at the Baltimore Convention Center. Baltimore is an easy city to reach, navigate and explore. Driving Directions
From New York
95 south to exit #53 (395 south - downtown exit). Follow 395 south towards inner harbor. Proceed on 395 south and make a right at the 3rd light which is Pratt Street. The Convention Center will be on the right.
From Washington DC
95 north to exit #53 (395 north - downtown exit). Follow 395 north towards Inner Harbor, proceed on 395 north and make a right at the 3rd light which is Pratt Street. The Convention Center will be on the right.
From York & Harrisburg, PA
83 south to 695 west. Proceed on 695 west and take the next 83 south exit. Follow 83 south to Lombard Street And make a right. Continue on Lombard Street and make A left onto Hopkins Place. Proceed on Hopkins Place (Hopkins Place will convert into sharp street) and make a left onto Pratt Street. The Convention Center will be on the right.
From Baltimore Washington International Airport
From Baltimore Washington International Airport take Interstate 95 north to Interstate 395 Downtown. Proceed straight off of the exit onto Howard Street. Make a right onto Pratt Street. The Convention Center will be on the right side of the street.
From Baltimore’s Penn Station (Amtrak)
From Baltimore’s Penn Station proceed to the exit and make a right onto St. Paul Place. Proceed on St. Paul Place approximately 3 miles making a right onto Conway Street. Take Conway to Howard. Make a right onto Pratt Street. The Convention Center will be on your right.
Local Rail
