Registration

Dealer/Rep attendees at Ed Expo include distributors, retailers, and independent manufacturers' representatives who deal in all products for the school market.

Pre-registration is now closed.
Please register onsite at the Baltimore Convention Center.
We look forward to seeing you at the show!

The Baltimore Convention Center is located at 1 W Pratt St, Baltimore, Maryland 21201. The registration desk is located in the Lower Pratt Street Lobby.

NSSEA Member* Dealers/Reps:

Dealer Conference & Exhibit Registration
$75 per company

This option is a one-time, per company fee that includes admittance for all your company personnel to the following:

  • Keynote Address,
  • Educational Workshops,
  • Dealer Roundtable Luncheon,*
  • Networking Functions (Welcome Reception, Annual Meeting & Awards Presentation, International Reception and Best of Show ealer Roundtable)
  • Entry to the Exhibit Hall.

*Dealer Rountable Luncheon is a Dealers-Only function. Exhibitors and Independent Manufacturer’s Representatives will not be admitted to this event. RSVP is required for attendance.

Exhibits Only Registration
$25 per company

This option is a one-time, per company fee that includes admittance for all your company personnel to the following:

  • Entry to the Exhibit Hall,
  • Keynote Address,
  • Networking Functions (Welcome Reception, Annual Meeting & Awards Presentation, International Reception and Best of Show Dealer Roundtable)

Please note: Entry into the Educational Workshops is NOT included in this option.

*To qualify for the NSSEA member rate, your company must be an NSSEA member at the time of registration through the time of the show.

Non-member Dealers/Reps:

$150 per company

This option is a one-time, per company fee that includes admittance for all your company personnel to the following:

  • Keynote Address,
  • Educational Workshops,
  • Dealer Roundtable Luncheon,*
  • Networking Functions (Welcome Reception, Annual Meeting & Awards Presentation, International Reception and Best of Show ealer Roundtable)
  • Entry to the Exhibit Hall.

*Dealer Rountable Luncheon is a Dealers-Only function. Exhibitors and Independent Manufacturer’s Representatives will not be admitted to this event. RSVP is required for attendance.

Exhibits Only Registration
$50 per company

This option is a one-time, per company fee that includes admittance for all your company personnel to the following:

  • Entry to the Exhibit Hall,
  • Keynote Address,
  • Networking Functions (Welcome Reception, Annual Meeting & Awards Presentation, International Reception and Best of Show Dealer Roundtable)

Please note: Entry into the Educational Workshops is NOT included in this option.

Please Note: If you are a Supplier or Service Provider to the school industry and are not planning to exhibit, we ask you to respect the investment of time and money made by our exhibitors. No company that is a Supplier, Service Provider or Original Equipment Manufacturer may attend the show or any aspect thereof unless exhibit space is contracted or a sponsorship equivalent to the cost of a 10'x10' booth space is purchased. NSSEA reserves the right to require those violating this rule to leave the event immediately. Trade publications are not permitted to solicit advertising unless exhibit space is contracted. Modifications/Cancellations

Registrations are transferrable. Changes in badges are permitted at no cost prior to the show. As a registrant, you can make any needed changes to your registration online, or request your changes in writing to NSSEA via email at customerservice@nssea.org, or via fax at (301) 495-7386. Your My NSSEA login information is required to process any changes submitted online. All changes to be made prior to the show must be submitted and received by March 9, 2012. Any changes you wish to request after March 9 must be made at the show.

Company cancellation requests after March 9, 2012 will result in forfeiting 100% of the registration fees.

No-Risk Policy for Dealers

NSSEA stands behind its shows. If for any reason you're dissatisfied with your Ed Expo experience, just send your request in writing to NSSEA and we'll refund your payment in full. Please allow 30 days for processing.

Children's Policy at Ed Expo

For the safety of our future customers and to protect the business environment of the tradeshow, children under the age of 13, carriages, and strollers are not permitted in the exhibit hall and/or workshops at any time. Infants will be permitted, but must be carried at all times. A waiver, available onsite at the NSSEA Registration Desk, must be signed by parents of infants attending the show.
