The Exhibitor Service Manual contains shipping instructions and order forms for booth furnishings, electrical, labor and other services available to help you erect and equip your booth at Ed Expo 2012. ADVANCE ORDERS ACCOMPANIED BY ADVANCE PAYMENT for all required items will save you money. Please print out the Exhibitor Checklist for all of the deadline dates. You can bring about a much smoother installation for yourself if you use the order forms in this EXHIBITOR SERVICE MANUAL and send them now where indicated.

Exposition Management, Inc., the managers of the Tradeshow, will maintain an office in the Exhibitor Service Center beginning Monday, March 19. We can be contacted in advance at 800.395.5550x5/314.994.9640 or via email at nssea@expomanage.net. If there are any violations of the rules and regulations, or if you have any problems with service suppliers, contact EMI who will try to resolve those matters for you. In addition to almost all service suppliers being located within the "Service Center", a portion of that area will be designated as an Exhibitor Lounge area for you where coffee will be available Wednesday – Friday mornings, courtesy of NSSEA.

Insurance, liability, and past experience require the following regulations to be closely monitored:

a. Nothing may be stored behind the booths. This is a fire hazard closely monitored by the Fire Marshal. Anything noted behind booths will be removed at the Exhibitor's expense and liability.

b. Please also be familiar with the exhibit rules and regulations and display guidelines so that there are no surprises on-site.

c. Outside independent contractors need evidence of insurance coverage on file before entering the exhibit area and must comply with the Convention Center’s Requirements for Service Contractors and Display Houses. Exhibitors appointing such must notify EMI prior to February 22, 2012.

d. All exhibit backgrounds must be setup by NOON, Wednesday, March 21. All crates and boxes WILL BE REMOVED from the exhibit area by 10 AM Wednesday to allow for aisle carpet installation.

e. Dismantling, packing or move-out of any portion of your booth prior to the final close of the Tradeshow is prohibited. Loss of seniority for future shows is the penalty for violating this rule.

f. For the safety of our future customers and to protect the business environment of the tradeshow, children under the age of 13 are not permitted in the exhibit hall and/or workshops at any time. Infants and toddlers are permitted in the exhibit hall during exhibit hours only, but must be carried or in a stroller at all times. Infants and toddlers are not permitted in workshops.

If you need further information as your plans develop, don't hesitate to contact us at nssea@expomanage.net or 800.395.5550 x5. We look forward to working with you and assisting you if we can.
