Ed Expo - Exhibitors

Ed Expo is Mobile! Are you?

NSSEA is excited to debut the custom Ed Expo Mobile App in a few weeks for the 2012 Ed Expo & Dealer Conference, March 21-23 in Baltimore, Maryland. Besides providing a convenient way to access personal schedules, search conference sessions, and network with attendees, the Ed Expo Mobile App will allow attendees to easily find and view your products via their mobile devices.

QR Codes

A unique QR code has been created for your company, and emailed to the exhibit contact listed on your contract. When scanned, the QR code will take attendees directly to your mobile app listing. Exhibitors are welcome to use the code on any promotional materials for distribution at the show. For the event, NSSEA has printed your company’s QR code in both the Show Program and Program Supplement, on exhibitor personnel badges, and on 8.5” x 5.5” tent cards for your booth.

While we encourage our exhibitors to promote and market to the dealers in attendance, we also ask of our exhibitors to respect the time and investment of our show sponsors, and refrain from placing promotional materials around the convention center, exhibit hall, and session rooms, unless you have received prior authorization from NSSEA Show Management.

Need more information about the QR code? Read “Know The QR Code”, an article from our Winter 2012 Edition of Essentials.

LEADS/Lead Retrieval

If you would like to add a lead retrieval module to your smart phone (iPhone or Android), you can do so for just $400, in Mobile App Exhibitor Services. With this module, all of your booth reps can use the "Leads" feature on their smart phone to capture and track customers coming into your booth by entering the dealer ID number on their badge.

You can also program your own set of qualifying questions, which will help rate the lead, allowing for a more effective follow-up. This information will not only provide you with complete data on the people who visited your booth, but also what products were of interest to them. You can even capture the information of attendees you did not talk to but who scanned your QR code to find out more about your company.

As in past years, exhibitors also have the option of ordering Lead Retrieval through NSSEA's registration and Lead Retrieval vendor, RCS.
