Exhibit Booth Personnel Registration

You must have submitted a contract with payment in order to register booth personnel. Exhibiting Companies receive two (2) complimentary registrations per paid 10’x10’ booth for use by their booth personnel only. If you have more than two booth personnel per 10’x10’, please see applicable fees below:

*To qualify for the NSSEA member rate, your company must be an NSSEA member at the time of registration through the time of the show.

Online Registration

In order to use the online registration option, your booth must be assigned and you will need your NSSEA Company ID. If you do not know your NSSEA Company ID, you may email customerservice@nssea.org or call 800-395-5550, option 2, to request it.

Pre-registration is closed. Please register onsite.

Please Note: If you are a Supplier or Service Provider to the school industry and are not planning to exhibit, we ask you to respect the investment of time and money made by our exhibitors. No company that is a Supplier, Service Provider or Original Equipment Manufacturer may attend the show or any aspect thereof unless exhibit space is contracted or a sponsorship equivalent to the cost of a 10'x10' booth space is purchased. NSSEA reserves the right to require those violating this rule to leave the event immediately. Trade publications are not permitted to solicit advertising unless exhibit space is contracted. Badges for Exhibitors will only be available at the NSSEA Registration Desk located in the Baltimore Convention Center. Please bring your registration confirmation with you. Each person must pick up his/her own badge. Multiple badges may not be picked up by one person.
