It is therefore essential these companies be vigilant not only in how they extend terms, but in how they oversee their collections. Determining a credit and collections policy for your business is a vital part of managing on of its most valuable current assets: its accounts receivable. In this informative workshop, Ron will help you to determine what kind of policy is best for your business and help you to create the best plan to keep your cash flow flowing.
