Welcome Reception on the Exhibit Floor New this year will be exhibits on Wednesday from 4:00 - 8:00 pm that will include a Welcome Reception right on the show floor. Be part of this event that will welcome our guests to the event like never before! Continental Breakfast Let your company name be the one that attendees see first each day by sponsoring a light breakfast of fresh fruit, pastries, yogurt, coffee, tea, juice, etc. Internet Lounge Computer terminals will be available for show attendees to check emails, surf the Web, print boarding passes, and retrieve messages. Your company’s Web page or logo and booth number can be prominently displayed on the screens. Dealer Badge Holders Each Ed Expo attendee is provided with an official badge and badge holder for admittance into the exhibit hall and educational sessions. Each badge holder can be imprinted with your company name or logo, offering great exposure everyday of the show.

Educational Sessions NSSEA delivers educational sessions that give our attendees the competitive advantage in the marketplace and your organization the benefit of affiliation with that knowledge. Dealer Lunch Coupons Who said there’s no such thing as a free lunch? At Ed Expo, dealers are given two lunch coupons worth $5.00 each to use for lunch in the hall. Sponsor the lunch coupons and you’ll have dealers thanking you for the needed break! Exhibitor Morning Coffee NSSEA will be offering exhibitors complimentary coffee Wednesday-Saturday mornings. If you are a service provider to these manufacturers, this sponsorship is ideal. Rent-A-Box Dealers are provided with a “personal storage area” for the convention materials they collect while at the show. As a sponsor of this item, you have the opportunity to place your sales flyer or sample into all boxes being shipped back to attendees’ stores Tablet & Pens Tablets and pens are provided at each of the educational sessions for taking notes. This sponsorship allows your company to be featured prominently at the highly rates educational programs offered to all Ed Expo attendees. |
