Overview

The School Equipment Show is the place to energize and expand your business and connect to others distributors, vendors, and purchasing officials in the educational facility planning arena. Seminars will focus on the latest cutting edge business solutions, the changing face of school facilities, and discovering the latest trends in innovative technology. The School Equipment Show provides that perfect venue to compare the latest in school equipment, fixtures, and furniture; learn to navigate new approaches to the changing marketplace realities; and network with fellow distributors and suppliers.

Registration

Dealer/Rep registration at the School Equipment Show is open to all distributors, retailers, and independent manufacturers' representatives who deal in furniture, fixtures, and equipment for the school market.

Pre-registration is now closed. Please register on site in Phoenix. See you at the show!

If you are a supplier or service provider to the school industry and are not planning to exhibit, we ask you to respect the investment of time and money made by our exhibitors. No company that is a supplier, service provider, or original equipment manufacturer may attend the show or any aspect thereof unless exhibit space is contracted or a $1,600 member fee ($2,300 nonmember) is paid. If you have questions on your eligibility to attend, please contact the Customer Service Department.

To qualify for the NSSEA member rate, your company must be an NSSEA member at the time of registration through the time of the show. Registrations are transferable. Changes in personnel/badges are permitted at no cost prior to the show. In order to receive a refund, all cancellations must be made in writing by Friday, November 5.

You can save up to $100 per person by joining NSSEA at the same time you register! Simply check off the membership option on the registration form and include your dues payment along with registration fee. Or, you can register and join online at www.nssea.org. Please allow 24 hours to activate your membership prior to registering online to get the member rate.

No-Risk Policy for Attendees

NSSEA stands behind its shows. If for any reason you’re dissatisfied with your School Equipment Show experience, just send your request in writing to NSSEA and we will refund your payment in full. Please allow 30 days for processing.

Manufacturer Sales Meetings

Distributors can save time and money by attending multiple sales meetings held by suppliers throughout the School Equipment Show. Meetings are held both on the show floor before exhibit hours and in private meeting rooms, allowing distributors to find out the latest sales information from the vendors they represent. A total of 78% of distributor attendees at last year's event attended at least one sales meeting. Acquire the latest information and training directly from the manufacturer and address your issues at their meeting. These sales meeting can be some of the most productive hours of the entire School Equipment Show and an indispensible tool for you and your business.

Use "My Planner" to Maximize Your Time at the Show

All registered distributors for the 2010 School Equipment Show have access to My Planner, an online tool to help you maximize your time on the exhibit floor. This interactive and easy-to-use resource is a companion to the printed Show Program allowing you to map your entire show.

  • Easily search and browse exhibitors by product categories, booth number, company name, etc.
  • Browse exhibitor profiles and obtain sales contact information
  • Identify and sort featured exhibitors
  • Search for key words within exhibitor profiles
  • Search workshops of interest to you and sync them with your Microsoft Outlook and/or Blackberry
