Overview
The School Equipment Show is the place to MEET with fellow purchasing officials in the educational facility planning arena; LEARN at educational sessions that focus on equipping today’s school facilities, and CONNECT with the vendors that will support your next design project. Seminars will focus on the latest cutting edge business solutions, the changing face of school facilities, and discovering the latest trends in innovative technology. The School Equipment Show provides that perfect venue to compare the latest in school equipment, fixtures, and furniture; learn to navigate new approaches to the changing marketplace realities; and network with your peers.

Specifier attendees at the School Equipment Show are those who evaluate, influence or make the final purchasing decisions for the full range of products necessary to build, maintain, repair and enhance educational facilities. This includes architects and designers who create educational facilities and school district facilities planners and business officials at K-12 public, private and charter schools.

If you are a supplier or service provider to the school industry and are not planning to exhibit, we ask you to respect the investment of time and money made by our exhibitors. No company that is a supplier, service provider, or original equipment manufacturer may attend the show or any aspect thereof unless exhibit space is contracted or a $1,600 member fee ($2,300 nonmember) is paid. If you have questions on your eligibility to attend, please contact the Customer Service Department.
Fees
Early Bird Registration — by September 24:
$25/person for the first two attendees.
Or, $50 for an unlimited number of attendees from the same firm or district.
After September 24:
$50/person for first two attendees.
Or, $100 for an unlimited number of attendees from the same firm or district.
Registrations are transferable. Changes in personnel/badges are permitted at no cost prior to the show. In order to receive a refund, all cancellations must be made in writing by Friday, November 5. If you have any questions about NSSEA or need to make changes to your registration, contact the NSSEA Customer service Department at 800.395.5550, option 2, or email memberservices@nssea.org.
No-Risk Policy for Attendees
NSSEA stands behind its shows. If for any reason you’re dissatisfied with your School Equipment Show experience, just send your request in writing to NSSEA and we will refund your payment in full. Please allow 30 days for processing.
Use "My Planner" to Maximize Your Time at the Show
All registered attendees for the 2010 School Equipment Show have access to My Planner, an online tool to help you maximize your time on the exhibit floor. This interactive and easy-to-use resource is a companion to the printed Show Program allowing you to map your entire show.
- Easily search and browse exhibitors by product categories, booth number, company name, etc.
- Browse exhibitor profiles and obtain sales contact information
- Identify and sort featured exhibitors
- Search for key words within exhibitor profiles
- Search workshops of interest to you and sync them with your Microsoft Outlook and/or Blackberry
