Promote your Participation in the School Equipment Show

It’s never too early to let your current and potential customers know that you will be exhibiting at the Show. Utilizing various and multiple forms of pre-show outreach can help “build a buzz” about your participation at the School Equipment Show and encourage those key decision-makers not just to make plans to attend, but more importantly, make plans to stop by your booth. The more people you connect with before the School Equipment Show, the better the chance you’ll see them at the show, creating the opportunity to see MORE customers in one place, at one time.

  • Talk about the show on your company’s Facebook page.
  • Advertise that you will be at the show and give customers a reason to come to your booth.
  • Provide us with a list of your customers, and we will send them an invitation to attend.
  • Send an email blast or e-vite to your customers inviting them to the show and your booth.
  • Link to our website, www.SchoolEquipmentShow.com, from yours.
  • Use our show logo artwork on your mailings and ads.
  • Add a message about your booth to your voicemail messages.
  • Add a tagline "See you at the Show” at the end of your email signature with your booth number and show dates.
  • Tweet about your show plans using the hashtag #NSSEA.
  • Finally, when talking to your customers, invite them to the show! Word-of-mouth is the best selling tool around, so don’t forget to mention you’ll be at the show when talking to your customers.
