Housing Information

Please register for the 2010 Ed Expo show before making your hotel reservations. All reservations must be handled through the NSSEA Housing Bureau. Hotels will not honor direct reservations. Reservations can be made through March 9, 2010 by any of the options below. However, please note that for reservations made after February 22, 2010, the NSSEA Housing Bureau cannot guarantee availability of rooms at designated conference hotels at the NSSEA Conference rate.

Ed Expo Housing Notice

You may have been contacted by a company offering hotel rooms in Orlando for ED EXPO. Please note that NSSEA/THE HOUSING CONNECTION is the only OFFICIAL housing provider for ED EXPO and therefore the only company that can sell rooms in our official housing blocks. Housing providers other than NSSEA/THE HOUSING CONNECTION are not able to secure rooms within the official housing blocks. Shuttle service from the hotels to ED EXPO is only provided from hotels within the official block. Other housing providers with similar names are not official housing providers for ED EXPO. The best way to ensure you're booking your hotel into our official housing blocks is to follow the Housing link located on the show web site. If you have any questions or would like to report an incident that has happened to your company, please email us or call (800) 395-5550 x1041.

NSSEA/THE HOUSING CONNECTION will never directly solicit you to book your hotel rooms. If you do receive a telephone call, fax, etc. offering hotel rooms in Orlando, this offer is from one of these other non-affiliated, third party housing vendors.

Host Hotels

All exhibits, workshops, and NSSEA-sponsored events will take place in the West Building of the Orange County Convention Center. Exhibits will be in Hall B.

NSSEA has contracted with the following hotels for the upcoming Ed Expo. Please note that NSSEA is providing shuttle service to the Convention Center from all hotels except the Rosen Centre. Triple & Quad room & Hospitality rates available upon request.

Acknowledgements

The Housing Connection will send you an acknowledgement of your reservation. Please review all information for accuracy. Email confirmations will be sent within 72 hours of reservations being processed; fax and mail confirmations in 10–14 days. If you do not receive your acknowledgement in this time frame, please contact The Housing Connection. Regardless of how you booked, you may also check your reservation via the Internet at www.edexpo.com.

Changes/Cancellation

Reservations may be changed or cancelled via The Housing Connection until March 9, 2010. Reservations cancelled after February 22, 2010 and up to 48 hours prior to arrival (5 days for the Rosen Centre) will be subject to a $25 processing fee. Any reservations cancelled within 48 hours of arrival (5 days for the Rosen Centre) are subject to each individual hotel’s cancellation policy. You will not receive a confirmation from the hotel.
