Dealer/Rep Information

Dealer/Rep attendees at the School Equipment Show include distributors, retailers, and independent manufacturers' representatives who deal in furniture, fixtures, and equipment for the school market.

The School Equipment Show provides the most-effective means to see the latest in school equipment, fixtures, and furniture. Come to Phoenix November 18–20 for three days of exhibits, education and networking with architects, distributors, and suppliers. Gain new insights from educational sessions targeted to your needs. Let the School Equipment Show be your one stop source for the latest products, tools and strategies for the educational facilities market.

Please Note: If you are a Supplier or Service Provider to the school industry and are not planning to exhibit, we ask you to respect the investment of time and money made by our exhibitors. No company that is a Supplier, Service Provider or Original Equipment Manufacturer may attend the show or any aspect thereof unless exhibit space is contracted or a sponsorship equivalent to the cost of a 10'x10' booth space is purchased. NSSEA reserves the right to require those violating this rule to leave the event immediately. Trade publications are not permitted to solicit advertising unless exhibit space is contracted. Members of NSSEA can register for the School Equipment Show for $50 per person (for the first two people; $25 for each person over two) by September 25 and $75 per person (for the first two people; $50 for each person over two) thereafter. Nonmembers can register for $100 per person by September 25 and $150 thereafter. Take advantage of the opportunity to see for yourself what NSSEA is all about. You can register and join online or check off the membership option on the registration form. Please allow 24 hours to activate your membership prior to registering online to get the member rate. SES School Tour: Phoenix Bioscience High School

On the last day of the School Equipment Show, attendees can take part in a tour guided by associates at Orcutt Winslow of the Bioscience High School, just blocks from the convention center.

This state-of-the-art science-based classroom and lab-focused school was designed with the future of science and technology in mind, providing a flexible lab model that can morph with upcoming technology and various teaching strategies—preparing students for mentor-and internships with the surrounding community.

The Bioscience High School is part of the Phoenix Union High School District’s leading edge teaching philosophy with an architectural solution that is supportive of the curricular goals, and sensitive to the unique site conditions.

The tour—taking place Friday, November 20 at 12:15 pm—is free to registered attendees of the School Equipment Show, but pre-registration is required. Please contact NSSEA's Customer Service Department to sign up for the tour.

Express Badge

Don't Wait in Line! Just like an airline e-ticket, now you can print your badge at the event using Express Badge. Name badges will not be mailed in advance. When you pre-register for the show you will now be required to print your confirmation notice and bring it with you to pick up your name badge, badge holder, and other show materials onsite. The barcode located on your confirmation notice will be scanned and your badge will be printed instantly!

Express badge pickup kiosks will be located on either side of the main lobby onsite registration area during the show.

Changes/Transfers

Registrations are transferable. Changes in personnel/badges are permitted at no cost prior to the show. Please send all cancellations and/or changes to the NSSEA Customer Service Department or via fax at 301-495-7362. In order to receive a refund, all cancellations must be made in writing by Friday, November 13.

NSSEA stands behind its shows. If for any reason you’re dissatisfied with your School Equipment Show experience, just send your request in writing to NSSEA and we will refund your payment in full. Please allow 30 days for processing.
