Please register for the 2009 School Equipment Show conference before making your hotel reservations. All reservations must be handled through the NSSEA Housing Bureau. Hotels will not honor direct reservations. Reservations can be made through November 9, 2009 by any of the options below. However, please note that for reservations made after October 23, 2009, the NSSEA Housing Bureau cannot guarantee availability of rooms at designated conference hotels at the NSSEA Conference rate.
The School Equipment Show will be held in the North Building of the Phoenix Convention Center, Level 3.

After November 9, please contact your hotel directly for reservations.
Confirmations
NSSEA Housing Bureau will send to you
an acknowledgement of your reservation.
Please review all information for accuracy.
The NSSEA Housing Bureau system will
generate an emailed, faxed or mailed
acknowledgement after processing. If you
do not receive your acknowledgement within
14 days, please contact the NSSEA Housing
Bureau immediately at (602) 452-6269 or via
email at hsgcoor@visitphoenix.com.
You will not receive a confirmation from
the hotel.
Changes/Cancellation
Continue to make, modify, or cancel
reservations through 4 pm MST, November 9
by contacting the NSSEA Housing Bureau.
Cancellations made after October 23, 2009
and up until 72 hours prior to arrival will
be subject to a $25 cancellation fee.
Within 72 hours of arrival, cancellations
will be subject one night’s room and tax.
After November 9, contact your hotel directly
for changes and cancellations.
