2009 Promo Toolkit
Promote your Participation in the School Equipment Show
NSSEA, through its extensive marketing program, promotes the show to the attendees, but it is up to you to get them to your booth! To help increase traffic at your booth, we encourage you to promote your participation in the show. To aid in your promotional campaign, NSSEA has developed a Promotional Toolkit for your use. By providing a number of easy and cost-effective ways to help promote the show, we hope to help you have the best experience possible at the 2009 School Equipment Show. Review the Toolkit Resources below and use one or all of the resources to invite your customers and potential customers to the show and your booth:
- Advertise that you will be at the show and give customers a reason to come to your booth.
- Provide us with a list of your customers, and we will send them an invitation to attend.
- Send an email blast to your customers inviting them to the show and your booth.
- Link to our Web site, www.SchoolEquipmentShow.com, from yours.
- Use our show logo artwork on your mailings and ads.
- Add a message about your booth to your voice mail messages.
- Add a tagline at the end of your email signature with your booth number and show dates.
Finally, when talking to your customers, invite them to the show! Word-of-mouth is the best selling tool around, so don’t forget to mention you’ll be at the show when talking to your customers.
