Congratulations! 2006 Be Your Best Teacher Scholarship
Recipients
Each year NSSEA member stores distribute Be Your Best! Teacher Scholarship
applications. This year a total of 106 candidates who received their applications
through 30 NSSEA member companies responded to the call for submissions.
Applicants must be full-time teachers of children in preschool through grade
12 or individuals seeking certification. Each year a total of $10,000 is given
out through our members continued support of the “Be Your Best” Scholarship
Program. It is a true testament to the dedication and admiration our members
share for the education profession.
The Foundation awarded 20 awards to be used as payment for various training
sessions throughout the country over the next several months. The scholarship
winners chosen for 2006 are listed below:
