Podcast Instructions:

To listen to the NSSEA Podcast on your desktop or laptop computer: Simply click on the podcast link. The file will launch and you will be able to listen to it right on your computer. (You will need Windows Media Player or Real Player . Both players are free and available for download. To download Windows Media Player CLICK HERE and for Real Player CLICK HERE. )

To download a podcast file to your computer: On a PC, right-click (use the right botton on your mouse) on the file link and choose "Save Target As..." Save the file to anywhere on your hard drive. On a Mac, right-click the link and choose "Download Linked File." Save the file to anywhere on your hard drive.

To download the file to your portable player: Follow the instructions to download the file, saving the file to wherever you save files in order to get them to sync with your portable player. This will be the same place that you save your music to for syncing with your portable player. On a Mac syncing with an iPod, one of the right click options is "Open With iTunes" - this option will immdediately put this item into your iTunes library.
