How do I know if I need to create a company account and/or an individual account for myself?

Before you create an account, can you say "Yes" to any of these questions? Is your company a current member of NSSEA or has been a member in the past? Have you ever purchased an NSSEA publication and/or report? Have you ever attended an NSSEA meeting or tradeshow in the past?
If you answered YES, you have a valid company account with NSSEA and should proceed to login.

If you have never been an NSSEA customer and/or member in the past, please proceed to create an account in our system.

What is My NSSEA ID and Password?

You will need to authenticate yourself each time you use My NSSEA by entering in your user name and password (created at the time your company and individual record was established in the association database).

Be immediately recognized with a personalized greeting from the system whenever you login. Each individual listed on your company roster must identify themselves using their assigned User ID (personal ID) and password (the company's account number).

Logging in is essential for the identification and security members/nonmembers will need to navigate through this secured section of NSSEA's website.

What if I forget my login information, can I retrieve this information online?

If you forget your My NSSEA login information, you can retrieve your login information by entering the email address used to set-up your personal account.

NOTE: If you do not know the e-mail address that was used to create your account, or if your email address is missing, changed, or shared in the association's database, please contact NSSEA's Customer Service Department or at (800) 395-5550, option '2' for assistance.

Can I change my existing login information ?

Yes, your personal login information (user ID and/or password) can be changed to a word or number combinations that you can easily remember. You must login first with your old login information before changing your login information.

Who within my company has access to managing our company information?

The designated NSSEA key contact person is the primary contact solely responsible for updating the following: company and any employee information, add/remove extra store listing locations, adding new employees, and removing those no longer with the company. In addition, the primary contact can also name a secondary contact to help mange your company information, but only these two designated individuals will have full rights to change company data online.

Timed Log Out?

If you leave your computer unattended, go to another page at nssea.com or go to another Web site without logging out, your NSSEA online session will automatically end after 2 hours of inactivity.
